430 Displaced Families Return To Their Liberated Villages Northeast Of Baquba

Baquba - The local council in Muqdadiya district in Diyala province announced the start of the return of displaced families to their homes in liberated villages northeast of Baquba.

Head of the local council in Muqdadiya district, Adnan al-Tamimi told NINA: "The liberated villages in Shakraq district of Makdadiya have witnessed the return of 430 displaced families within the government program to return displaced people to the liberated areas inside the governorate."

He added: "The return of displaced families took place in coordination with the leadership of the Tigris Operations Command and the popular mobilization forces after completing the mechanisms to check their security files, expected to resolve the file of displaced in Muqdadiya fully this year.
