Tehran / Iranian company signed an agreement with a Romanian company to build a plant to export electricity to Iraq.
Mohammad Azadi CEO of Iranian Bejk said: "The plant will generate 1000 megawatts of electricity in the city of Mehran adjacent to the Iraqi border, in order to export it to Iraq."
He added: "The agreement signed between his company and the investment Romanian firm and Zibiku German company that will implement the project."
He said: "The project costs $ 700 million and will be covered by the Romanian company financed 70 percent of it, while Bejk company will fund 30 percent" .
