Baghdad -The Ministry of Oil announced that about 98 million barrels of crude oil exported last month, indicating that the value of those exports exceeded four billion dollars.
The ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said in a statement that "the total quantities exported from crude oil for June from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 97 million and 500 thousand barrels," explaining that "the total exports of Kirkuk oil amounted to 677 thousand and 413 barrels" .
He pointed out that "the revenues of these exports amounted to more than 4 billion and 130 million dollars," noting that "the daily rate of exports amounted to 3 million and 273 thousand barrels, a rate of 42,067 dollars per day."
Jihad added that the average price per barrel amounted to (42,067) dollars.
