Bahrain Confirms Its Stand With Iraq In Its War Against Daesh

BAGHDAD / The Kingdom of Bahrain confirmed its stand with Iraq in its war on terrorism.

According to a Foreign Ministry statement today "the Iraqi Ambassador to Bahrain Ahmed Nayef al-Dulaimi met the Crown Prince of Bahrain's king, Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who reiterated his country's stand with Iraq in its war against terrorism.

The Ambassador reviewed, "the victories achieved by the security forces, the popular mobilization forces, the Peshmerga and the sons of the tribes on Daesh terrorist gangs, praising the heroic and humanitarian role of the security forces in the liberation of the city of Mosul battles and relief the displaced."

During the meeting, according to the statement, they discussed bilateral relations and ways of strengthening them to serve the interests of the two brotherly peoples and also discussed issues of common interest" .
