Baghdad The British ambassador to Iraq expressed optimism that the missile attacks targeting Iraqi air bases would end in the near future.
In a statement, British Ambassador Stephen Hickey stressed the importance of these targets not being present in the future, especially as they include foreign companies.
He called on the federal government to provide the necessary protection for foreign companies that work to train Iraqi forces, especially pilots, and to maintain the Iraqi F.16 fighters.
He explained, “These companies provided important support for the Air Force in Iraq, and it is also important to provide protection for them by the Baghdad government. ”
