Federal Police Liberate Two Regions In The Left Side Of Mosul

Baghdad /The federal police forces liberated al-Salam and Al-Saheron regions in the left side of Mosul.

The federal police chief, Raed Shakir Jawdat said in a statement that "the federal police forces deployed snipers on buildings of Summer neighborhood and are progressing cautiously, backed by artillery shelling targeting Daesh defenses."

He added, "The federal police intelligence arrested six terrorists, including a Syrian, in Mithaq neighborhood, south of Mosul," pointing out that "Daesh resort to bring out civilians from their homes and use them as human shields to block the progressing of the security forces ." .
