Five Mortar Shells Landed In a village Of East Baquba

Baquba - Five mortar shells landed in an agricultural village, east of Baquba, the center of Diyala province on Saturday evening.

Amir al-Kilani, a member of Diyala council told the correspondent of the National Iraq news agency (NINA) that "Five mortar shells landed in Abu Turfa village in the vicinity of the Dainiyah basin south of Baladrouz district, causing damage to the area without human casualties,".

"Mortars were fired from the orchards of Shilat, Nafafah and Mas'ud villages in the vicinity of the district." he added.
