BAGHDAD, Iraq, - A US military official said, the international coalition against the Daesh, killed at least 50,000 members of the terror group in Syria and Iraq, during the recent fighting in Mosul and Raqqa.
According to report, western media quoted the official in the US Department of Defence, who did not want to be identified, confirming the importance of the most effective campaign strikes, in light of the few number of civilian
casualties, compared to previous bombing campaigns.
The US official stressed that, "the coalition is committed to a more lenient rules on the number of civilian casualties, which can be accepted, if the military target justify it," according to report.
