Iran’s Foreign Minister Heads To Moscow To Attend The Tripartite Meeting On Syria

Tehran / Foreign Minister of Iran headed to Moscow on Tuesday morning to participate in the trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Iran, Turkey and Russia to discuss the situation in Syria.

Mohammad Javad Zarif is scheduled to discuss with his Turkish counterparts, Mevlut Cavusoglu and Russian Sergei Lavrov during the trilateral meeting hosted by Moscow, the latest developments and the situation in the city of Aleppo in addition to follow-up the political process to resolve the Syrian crisis.

The visit of Zarif coinciding with the visit of the Iranian Defense Minister, Brigadier General Hussein Dehghan to Moscow also to participate in the tripartite meeting between the defense ministers of Iran, Turkey and Russia.
