Iraqi Forces Kill 8 Daesh Terrorists Tried To Sneak Into Zuhoor Area East of Mosul

Mosul / Iraqi forces killed eight members of Daesh tried to sneak across liberated Zuhoor area, east of Mosul, according to a military source.

The source told the "The Iraqi forces killed eight members of Daesh tried to sneak into Zuhoor area, which is under the control of Iraqi forces east of Mosul."

He added, "The Iraqi forces were able to kill them before they enter the area with the help of the people of the region and report them immediately with their light weapons."

The source continued: "The Iraqi forces at the same time arrested 10 people involved with Daesh through check names of the inhabitants of the two regions (Zuhoor and Bunooq ) and took them to headquarters of anti-terrorism for interrogation."

The Iraqi forces announced yesterday controlling over large parts of Wahda and Mithaq regions within the southeast axis of Mosul in preparation for re-control of Salam Hospital.
