Kuwait Reduces Its Oil Production

BAGHDAD / Kuwaiti oil official confirmed that his country who is a member of / OPEC /, reduced its crude production this month to about 2.707 million barrels.

Under the "OPEC" agreement, Kuwait agreed to reduce its production by 131 thousand barrels per day, from January 1, compared with its primary production in last October, which stood at 2.838 million barrels.

It is mentioned that Iraq and Saudi Arabia announced their commitment to the OPEC's agreement to reduce their oil production and start to implement it effectively.
