Sacco Calls UN To Bring All Iraqi Factions On Dialogue And To Postpone Talk About The Future Of Nineveh

KIRKUK / The patriarch of the Chaldeans in Iraq and the world, called on the UN Mission in Iraq to hold a meeting includes the components of Iraq all to melt the ice and create a positive atmosphere for reconciliation, advising UNAMI not to talk about the future of Nineveh and liberation process still exists, because it has to be after the liberation and the return of displaced persons and through a calm and responsible dialogue.

Jan Kubis confirmed on the UN's role in the process of reconciliation and compromise between all the components of Iraqi society in the light of a project of the National Alliance for the settlement, stressing the importance of others to express their vision for the future and the political process.

Kubis called for Sacco's support for the initiatives to ensure the return of displaced people to their homes after the liberation of Mosul and Nineveh plain areas.

As for the return of displaced persons to their homes, the Patriarch pointed out that there different group has been formed to prepare an inventory of the damage and reconstruction schemes but this will only be after the liberation of Mosul entirely from Daesh, then we begin providing all the necessary supplies for their return.

The patriarch of the Chaldean advised the United Nations mission that the time was not right to talk about the future of the province and the process of liberation still going on, this will be after the liberation and the return of displaced persons and through a quiet and responsible dialogue ./
