BAGHDAD / The White House said that Brett Macgork will stay as special envoy of the US president to the international coalition against Daesh.
He said the next The White House Press Secretary Shoun Spicer told a news conference late on Thursday that a number of Obama Administration officials will remain in their posts, including Brett Macgork.
Macgork was appointed in November 2015 by US President Barack Obama, as the Special Envoy of the US President to the International Coalition against Daesh.
During the last period of his work, Macgork played a major role in bringing the members of the coalition and the formation of coordination among these countries towards Daesh in the face of threats.
