Baghdad Official Turkish media reported that the Turkish security services launched a large-scale security campaign to arrest suspects belonging to the terrorist organization “ISIS”.
According to Anatolia Agency, the Turkish police arrested, at dawn today, Wednesday, 32 suspects of belonging to the terrorist organization “ISIS”.
The Agency added that this “was carried out in a security operation centered in Istanbul, and included two other provinces.”
It explained that the Anti-terrorism teams of the Istanbul Security Directorate and the states of Aydin (west) and Sivas (north) carried out a simultaneous security operation to arrest the suspects.
According to the Agency, the operation was carried out with the support of the Special Forces, during which 32 suspects were arrested, in addition to finding documents and digital materials.
The Agency also confirmed that the necessary legal measures are being taken against them.
