A Saudi Writer: Baghdad Summit Is A Good Step In Difficult Local And Regional Conditions For Iraq

Baghdad / NINA / – The founder and head of the International Institute for Iranian Studies, Dr. Muhammad bin Saqr Al-Salami, affirmed that: The Baghdad Summit is a good step in difficult local and regional conditions for Iraq.

He told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that: The Iraqi step to hold a summit for its neighboring countries is good and important in light of what Iraq is going through locally and difficult regional and international conditions.

Al-Salami expressed his wishes for the conference to succeed in serving the interests, security and stability of Iraq.

He stressed that he had no information about the participation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the conference or not, and the level of the participating delegation, if it took place.

It is hoped that at the end of this month, the Baghdad summit conference for neighboring countries and some regional countries will be held with the participation of French President Manuel Macron./End
