Baghdad / NINA / – The Secretary-General of the Iraqi Al-Wafa Movement, Adnan Al-Zurfi, stressed the importance of removing the remnants of the accumulation of failure as a result of mismanagement of the country over the past years.
Al-Zurfi said in a statement today to him on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, “We adhere to our national project, and continue our work with determination to confront challenges and difficulties to serve Iraqis of all components, and in the footsteps of our Imam, his family and companions, peace be upon them.”
He expressed his keenness “to continue independent national political work to achieve comprehensive reform and remove the remnants of the accumulation of failure as a result of mismanagement of the country over the past years, based on the movement’s slogan, loyalty to a strong and prosperous Iraq.” / End
