Baghdad The economic expert, Abdul Hassan Al-Shammari, confirmed that: The financial deficit of the budgets will not end due to the huge annual expenses.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that: The fiscal deficit in the budgets will not end, as the higher the oil price, the government inflates the expenses in order to create a budget deficit for that year.
Al-Shammari added that: It is the same as in the currency auction, as the higher the price of oil, the greater the currency auction sales… for the purpose of weakening the economy and opening gates to corruption and external planning.
