Families From Border Villages Between Diyala And Salah al-Din Displaced Due To Security Risks And Lack Of Services

Baquba Families were displaced from the villages of Al-Azim district in Diyala governorate due to ISIS threats and the lack of services.

Muhammad Deifan, head of the local council of the dissolved Al-Azim sub-district, told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that a number of families were displaced from the border village of (Al-Bu Bakr) with Salah Al-Din due to security risks and the lack of basic services in general.

He added that the families who were displaced from the border villages with Salah al-Din are still under the fire of terrorist elements and exposed to new human massacres. He stressed that the inflamed villages of al-Azim bordering Salah al-Din, did not witness effective fortification measures to confront terrorist attacks.
