Baghdad Head of the National Security Apparatus, Abdul-Ghani Al-Asadi, stressed the importance of following up food prices during the holy month of Muharram.
While chairing an expanded security meeting at the Agency’s headquarters, Al-Asadi stressed today: “Following up food prices during the holy month of Muharram and limiting price hikes, stressing the focus on protecting visitors during Ashura’s visit, while taking the utmost care and caution, activating the intelligence and information effort, and cooperating with the security services in the sectors of operations in general.
He also recommended following up the security plans established to protect the electric power towers from targeting and directing access to the perpetrators by collecting intelligence and proactive information.
