Philippine military plane crashes with 85 people on board

Baghdad The Philippine military authorities announced today, Sunday, the crash of a military plane with 85 people on board.

According to (AFP), the Commander of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Cirilito Sobejana, said that a military plane carrying at least 85 people crashed in the southern Philippines on Sunday.

He added that forty people were rescued from the wreckage of the burning C-130 plane that crashed while trying to land on Jolo Island in Sulu Province.

Sobejana continued that rescue teams are at the site now, and we are praying so that we can save more lives.”
