Baghdad The Netherlands affirmed its support for the government and people of Iraq, especially in its war against terrorism, and for the success of the upcoming elections.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said today that the Deputy Head of the Europe Department, Counselor Wissam Walid Al-Qaisi, met at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Dutch Chargé d’Affairs Rox Bronck
During the meeting, the two sides touched on the depth of strategic relations and joint cooperation, especially in the economic, security and military fields, and they also discussed the possibilities of enhancing investment opportunities and cooperation in various sectors, in a way that contributes to supporting the Iraqi government’s efforts to diversify the sources of the Iraqi economy.
During the meeting, the Dutch official affirmed his country’s support for the Iraqi government and people, especially in its war against terrorism, and for the success of the upcoming elections.
The meeting was attended, according to the statement, by the official of the Netherlands file, First Secretary, Razak Khalifa Mansour, and the official for the bilateral relations file at the Dutch embassy, Van Dorn.
