Iraq, Kuwait Discuss Bilateral Relations And Ways To Develop Them

 

Baghdad The Senior Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations, Nizar Al-Khairallah, met at the Ministry’s headquarters, the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Baghdad, Salem Ghasab Al-Zamanan.

A Foreign Ministry statement said, “During the meeting, bilateral relations and ways to develop them were discussed.”

The Undersecretary affirmed, “The Iraqi government’s keenness to build bridges of communication between Iraq with its brothers in its Arab environment and to build balanced relations with the countries of the region, praising Kuwait’s role in its support for Iraq.”

The statement indicated that they discussed prospects for cooperation and how to find mechanisms to develop relations between the two neighboring countries.
