Baghdad MP for the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Dana Al-Kateb, considered the summit conference of neighboring countries an Iraqi step to gain regional support and create the appropriate conditions for the upcoming elections.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the summit meeting of the neighboring countries and some other countries is an Iraqi step to win the trust of the regional countries, especially in the next stage, and to create the appropriate political conditions to support it, especially as we are heading towards elections to change the political map.
He explained that the agreement of the neighboring countries will contribute to the success of the summit, and on the contrary, the results will be limited.
Baghdad will host at the end of this month a summit of neighboring countries with the participation of regional and other countries.
