Baghdad Head of the International Organizations and Conferences Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abbas Kadhim Obaid, met with the Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Baghdad, Sattam Jadaan Al-Dandah, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
A ministry statement said that the two sides reviewed issues of common interest presented in international organizations, and discussed ways of cooperation and coordination between the two countries, especially the environmental field.
