Al-Sadr Identifies The Reasons For The Decline In Electric Power In Iraq

 

Baghdad The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, identified the reasons for the decline in electric power in Iraq, and suggested solutions to address them.

Al-Sadr spoke in a tweet via the Twitter social networking platform, about 18 reasons for the deterioration of electricity in the country, including “corruption that led to the waste of electric power, pointing to the existence of an emergency line that politicians and the affluent enjoy without other poor,” as well as the poor geographical distribution of basic stations, and the bad or corrupt officials and deviant employees in the electrical stations.

Al-Sadr also suggested in his tweet, a set of solutions to the electric power crisis, calling on the government to provide basic requirements necessary to serve the citizens.
