Reconstruction of the destroyed archaeological and heritage mosques in Old Mosul

Mosul The Directorate of the Sunni Endowment in Nineveh Governorate announced the start of the reconstruction of the archaeological and heritage mosques in the city of Mosul.

The Director of the Sunni Endowment, Abu Bakr Kanaan, told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that “the engineering and technical effort in the Sunni Endowment began to rebuild the archaeological and heritage mosques that were destroyed by ISIS terrorist gangs during their control of the city of Mosul.”
