Baghdad A force from the 43rd Brigade of the Popular Mobilization seized, on Sunday, a site for making explosive devices between Baghdad and Samarra.

A statement by the Popular Mobilization Directorate stated, “The force headed after receiving intelligence information about the site that contained homemade explosive devices that were intended to be planted on the main street linking Baghdad and Samarra.”

The statement added, “The anti-explosives force in the brigade dealt with the site and removed the explosives from it.”
