Basra The Basra Operations Command announced the arrest of 14 suspects in various criminal cases.

The Commander of Basra Operations, Major General Ali Abdul-Hussein Al-Majidi, said in a statement, “that a force from the 36th Mechanized Brigade arrested 8 people in a clan dispute, and 6 others wanted by the judiciary according to various criminal articles, and confiscated light and medium weapons and various types of ammunition in Al-Risala neighborhood in the northern Hartha district, in Basra.

He added, “all duties undertaken by the security forces depend directly on confirmed intelligence information, noting that the most important tools for the success of managing the security file are to carry out rapid, swift and proactive operations for important objectives.”
