140 Displaced Families Return To Their Homes In Mosul

Mosul, 140 displaced families from the population of Nineveh province, the center of the city of Mosul, returned to the district of Talqif Rashidiyya, according to Nineveh governor Nawfal al-Aakoub.

"Some 140 displaced families have returned to the areas of their homes in the districts of Talqif and Rashidiya from the province of Dohuk after security and safety in the area have been restored and services have been restored to the city of Mosul," he told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA).

"The security forces accompanied the return of the displaced people to their areas, who are Christians, Turkmen and Shabak," he added
