Baquba  A child was killed and another was wounded in a mortar shell fall near a residential complex northeast of Baquba, Diyala governorate center.

A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that an unknown mortar shell fell near the Hamrin residential complex, killing and wounding two children who happened to be near the complex.

He added that the security services took measures to find out the source of the mortar shell.
