275,000 barrels per day.. Iraq’s oil exports to America during the past week

The US Energy Information Administration announced today, Saturday, that Iraq’s oil exports to America have risen to 275,000 barrels per day during the past week.

The Administration said in a report, “The average of US imports of crude oil during the past week from eight countries amounted to 5.220 million barrels per day, down by 390 thousand barrels per day from the previous week, which amounted to 5.610 million barrels per day.”

It added that “Iraq’s oil exports to America amounted to an average of 275,000 barrels per day last week, higher than the previous week, in which oil exports to America reached an average of 202,000 barrels per day.”

The Administration also indicated that “most of America’s oil revenues during the past week came from Canada at a rate of 3.298 million barrels per day, followed by Mexico at a rate of 539,000 barrels per day, and oil revenues from Saudi Arabia amounted to 398 thousand barrels per day, and then Colombia at a rate of 360 thousand barrels per day.

According to the Administration, the amount of US imports of crude oil from Ecuador amounted to 203 thousand barrels per day, from Brazil 104 thousand barrels per day, and from Libya 43 thousand barrels per day, while no amount was imported from Russia or Nigeria.
