Baghdad The European-Mediterranean Observatory reported that an earthquake measuring 4 on the Richter scale of 9 degrees struck Syria and was felt by the residents of Lebanon.

For its part, the Syrian National Center for Seismology reported that a weak earthquake measuring 3.6 degrees on the Richter scale struck northwest Hama.
