Baghdad The Police Affairs Department of the Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of 5 accused of drug trafficking in Kirkuk.
It stated in a statement: Based on intelligence information and obtaining judicial approvals, the Kirkuk Narcotics Control Directorate’s detachments, after matching the information, were able to chase drug and psychotropic drug dealers in the province, arrest (5) suspects, and seize more than (126,000) psychotropic pills with a large quantity of unauthorized medical drugs in their possession.
