Baquba Unidentified persons kidnapped a civilian near Al-Wajihiya sub-district in Diyala governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that unidentified persons traveling by a vehicle kidnapped a civilian on the Baquba-Muqdadiya road near Wajihiya district, northeast of Baqubah, and took him to an unknown destination.
He added that the kidnapped person was from the residents of Abu Saida district, indicating that the security services began searching and investigating the kidnapped in the areas extending between the two areas.
