Baquba Dozens of Diyala residents demonstrated in front of the Governorate Electricity Distribution Directorate to demand an investigation into corruption files.
The correspondent of NINA Agency stated that dozens of Diyala residents gathered in front of the Electricity Department in the center of Baquba, demanding the fulfillment of 3 demands, the most prominent of which is the exclusion of parties and their impact on the administration of departments and the opening of all corruption files.
He added that the demonstration came to prevent the interference of parties in the work of the service departments, which are paid for by the people of Diyala.
On the other hand, protesters closed the Muqdadiya-Khanaqin road, northeast of Baquba, due to the deterioration of the service situation in general.
