Al-Amarah Maysan police arrested a drug dealer and seized(5) kilograms of narcotic substances in his possession.
Maysan Police Command said in a statement, of which the National Iraqi News Agency received a copy: “The dealer was coming from Dhi Qar Governorate and intended to transport narcotic substances, estimated at five kilograms, to Al-Majar Al-Kabeer district, south of the governorate.”
