Kirkuk The police forces freed a kidnapped woman and arrested her kidnapper in Hawija, Kirkuk.
A security source said: “Kirkuk police received a report of a kidnapping incident in Hawija district, and a specialized team was formed, and within hours the woman was freed and the kidnapper was arrested in a residential building.”
