Mosul A security force arrested a leader of ISIS, west of Mosul.

A source in the Nineveh police told the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that the security forces had arrested the leader, nicknamed Abu Hatab, the most prominent ISIS leader, while he was in the checkpoint of the North Gate west of Mosul.

He added that the security forces took him to the Nineveh police headquarters for investigation and brought him to the Iraqi judiciary after interrogating him for his involvement in several cases, including the killing of security forces in the city of Mosul.”
