A policeman was killed and two others were wounded today during the dismantling of a booby-trapped house south of Kirkuk.
A police source told NINA that the policeman tried to dismantle an explosive device in the booby-trapped house in al-Rashad district south of Kirkuk, but it went off and killed the policeman and wounded two policemen were inside the house.
In another incident, police said security forces killed two terrorists while chasing them in Shalakha village in Riyadh district, west of Kirkuk, 45 km.
The source said that the security forces seized 13 bombs in a house in central Hawija district.
