Baquba Formations of the Popular Mobilization have launched a security operation to track down ISIS remnants in Al-Saadiya countryside in Diyala Governorate.
A security source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA) that formations of the Popular Mobilization launched a security operation from two axes to pursue ISIS remnants in the countryside of Saadiya and the outskirts of Hamrin, northeast of Baquba.
They added that the operation comes within the strategy of securing the area and preventing any movement of ISIS elements threatening stability, especially in the overlapping agricultural areas.
