Baghdad The Anti-Narcotics Directorate of the General Asayish in Erbil announced the arrest of a suspect in possession of narcotics.
The directorate said in a statement: “The accused was in possession of 3 kg of narcotics, two kilos, 500 grams of opium, and 500 grams of crystal.”
It indicated that the accused was arrested in “Warti” area in Erbil governorate, and he is a resident of the Kurdistan region, adding that the accused was referred to the judiciary and an investigation file was opened for him.
