Baghdad The Security Media Cell announced the arrest of a terrorist and two others on charges of kidnapping in Kirkuk.
It stated in a statement that an intelligence force has managed to arrest a terrorist in Torklan control in Yaiji district in Al-Debs district in Kirkuk governorate, who intends to leave it to an unknown destination.
It added that the arrested is one of those wanted by the judiciary under an arrest warrant in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 – of terrorism.
On the other hand, an intelligence force, Military Intelligence, arrested two kidnappers in the checkpoint of Alton Kobri in Kirkuk Governorate.
