Baghdad The Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Interior announced the dismantling of a terrorist cell planting explosive devices in Diyala and the arrest of its members.

A statement by the agency stated: “The cell is made up of four terrorists wanted in accordance with the provisions of Article (4 terrorism). They were arrested red-handed and in possession of two sticky bombs, three wired phones, three lighters, a fuse, five explosive batteries, a motorcycle and a Kia vehicle used to transport terrorists and explosive devices.” .
It explained that through preliminary investigations with them, they confessed to belonging to ISIS gangs and participated in several terrorist operations targeting security forces and citizens in the so-called “Katoon sector. ”
