Baghdad – The Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, will participate tomorrow, Saturday, in the Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership.
An official source in the General Secretariat of the Arab League stated that: The conference, which is attended by a number of leaders, seeks to mobilize regional and international support for Iraq, as well as to enhance its stability and prosperity, and support its continuous efforts to confront the huge challenges on the security and economic levels.
The source stressed that: The Arab League is keeping pace with Iraq and highly appreciates its efforts to strengthen its sovereignty and improve security and economic conditions, as well as its remarkable activity for regional stability and building bridges of cooperation with various parties.
