Baghdad Iraq ranked first among the Arab countries in terms of the number of people infected and dead with the emerging corona virus.

According to data compiled by Bloomberg News Agency and Johns Hopkins University of America, it included a list of the most Arab countries in terms of the number of infections and their order in the total list:

It is noteworthy that the new Corona virus or “Covid-19” appeared in late December 2019 in the Chinese city of “Wuhan” in a market selling wild animals, and then spread quickly with a massive movement of citizens to spend the Lunar New Year holiday last January.

Common symptoms of the disease include fever, cough and shortness of breath, while muscle pain, sputum production and sore throat are not common
