A force from the Fourth Region Border Command arrested an accused of drug trafficking, south of Basra.

A source in the leadership told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The accused was arrested in an ambush, based on intelligence information, and two kilograms of crystal were seized in his possession."

He added: "The accused was injured during an exchange of fire with the security forces, and he is now in the hospital."
