Baghdad The US Colville Police Chief, Michael Miller, announced last night that the man who earlier held 4 people hostage in a synagogue in Colville, in Texas had been “killed”.

A gunman held several hostages in a synagogue in the US state of Texas.

The US Fort Worth Star-Telegram newspaper said authorities are negotiating with a man who reportedly took people hostage at a synagogue in Colleville, in Texas, during Shabbat prayers.

It quoted Colville police on Twitter earlier yesterday that they are conducting rapid intervention operations using special forces in the area where the Beth Israel complex is located.
