General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak expressed his hope that the Arab and international countries will help Iraq in reconstruction after the elimination of the global threat represented by the blight.
In a press conference held in Kuwait on the occasion of the opening of a photographic exhibition of the Kuwaiti Ministries of Culture and Planning, he said that many countries and international companies have expressed their readiness to participate in the Iraq reconstruction conference to be held on Monday and that Iraq will show great cooperation in the field of guarantees and investment and facilitate all matters to countries and companies.
