Baghdad The National Security Adviser, Qassem Al-Araji, received in his office today, Sunday, the Regional Director of the International Organization for Migration in the Middle East and North Africa, Othman Belbeisi.

During the meeting, according to the advisory statement, they reviewed the work of the International Organization for Migration in Iraq, and emphasized the continuation of cooperation and partnership in the programs that the organization holds in Iraq.

The Regional Director of the International Organization for Migration confirmed the organization’s support for small projects in Iraq and attention to the handicapped segment, through rehabilitation programs organized by the organization inside Iraq.

For his part, Al-Araji stressed the importance that the support provided by the organization includes deprived and drought-affected areas, through projects targeting the deserving segments and groups.

The meeting also discussed ways to support the National Security Advisory for the file of Iraq’s accession to the International Organization for Migration Council.
