Baghdad The MP of Al-Sadiquon Parliamentary Bloc, Muhammad Al-Baldawi, warned, on Sunday, of the return of terrorism to Nineveh Governorate due to the return of ISIS families.

Al-Baldawi said in a press statement that “in view of the devastation that has befallen Nineveh Governorate and the country in general from the destruction of infrastructure, monuments and civilization due to the terrorist presence in it, returning these families with the same thought would be a crime against the achievements that have been achieved.”

He added, “It is difficult for families who have emerged from terrorist ideology, murder and slaughter to live a normal life among citizens and merge with society.”

He pointed out that “we are not against their return from Syria to Iraq, but they must be rehabilitated in a safe manner and ensure the integrity of their ideas so that they accept living among people in a safe way.”
